At CreateIP we strive to differentiate our business with great client service. So we’re very pleased that one of our clients has nominated us for the 2013 New Zealand Law Awards, which celebrate and reward excellence in client service by law firms, barristers and mediators in this country.
The awards are particularly special because they are judged by clients. If you’ve worked with CreateIP in the past 12 months, you are encouraged to register and vote for us for the Canon New Zealand Intellectual Property Law Award.
Voting Procedure
If you have instructed us in the past year and would like to cast a vote, you need to first register your details. You will then be sent a verification message with additional instructions. Voting is confidential, and closes 3 October.
Award Criteria
The winning firm, lawyer, or barrister will provide excellence in client service and possess specialist expertise in advising across a broad range of IP law and practice issues, which may include:
- commercial applications of IP assets
- design
- copyright
- trademarks and patents
- enforcement and prosecution of IP rights
- minimising risk of IP infringement
